Assuming Google Fiber at some point becomes available where I am at:
Hmmm. Well I moved here (Wylie, TX) when I moved to DFW area specifically to be in a FIOS area.
And if Google Fiber competed with FIOS, I would assume Verizon would try to compete in some respect. Maybe not symmetrical gigabit, but 500/500 for a reasonable price?
I was your neighbor in Sachse assuming you lived in Wylie between '97 and 2000.
