The only radar map I've seen that aggregates the US NEXRAD and Canadian Radar systems is:

»www.intellicast.com/Local/WxMapFull.aspx (reflectivity only)

However, that being said, the US NEXRAD radar covers almost all of Southern Ontario.
Two more useful NEXRAD-based sites:

»radar.weather.gov/ridge/Conus/full_loop.php (reflectivity only on composite view)
»www.raydar.ca/ (reflectivity and doppler)
