Why not try to post in At&t Direct forum? (you can post there in »AT&T Direct )Im sure they will help you out. Or you still can keep calling At&t and hoping you will found a agent that know abt ISDN technology.

And I found the number for at&t southeast ISDN. 800 -858 -9413 Not sure if they still using that number or must be SPECIFIC to order in SouthEAST.
