I was running mine in bridge mode and had no reboots. It seems some other people using the PPoE function on the Cellpipe are having disconnect problems. Have you tried using a router and disabling the PPoE on the Cellpipe?

2+ weeks here no issues at all. finally the cellpipe is stable.
