Re: Irate 4 Year Customer!!! The accounts do automatically renew, but I imagine you know that since you have been with us for 4 years now. If you contacted them about switching past your billing date and were on a new month of service then yes, like any other company you would be charged for a months service. Billing makes all the decisions on charges so unfortunately there is nothing I can help you with from this point on. Your link does not show the ticket number but if you would like to pm me with the ticket number I can have a look at it to see the reasons for their decision. |
