Dallas, TX | [Scam] US Airlines Award Notification ticket voucher Today I received this in my postal mail. I was immediately suspicious as there is no airline with the name US Airlines.
Although I could not find any information about the 800 number on 800 Notes, searching Google on "US Airlines"+"Award Notification" pulls up quite a few hits saying this is a scam. There are also hits which appear to shill for or promote the scam.

kudos:5 | apparently this has been around for a while it seems. What kinda got me is that I thought there was an airlines called US Airlines, but its not!
