VERY UNHAPPY!! we were using CenturyLink DSL it was soooo slow, that we changed to Mediacom wireless internet thinking it would be better. Mediacom Techs installed wireless modem in our home over 48 hours ago and we still have not been able to connect to internet ONE TIME!! There was an "internet outage" when techs were here to install the modem and I was told by customer support tonight that there is still an internet outage 2 days later?? I am ready to call and have the techs come back and get the box. It is no good to us the way it is and I do not want to pay for these two days. Can someone tell me when we will have internet access in northern Indiana 46567 , please??? Otherwise I will cancel my order tomorrow.
