I was being lazy, wanted someone else to start it.

Hopefully Konerko is feeling better. WE REALLY need to start with the bats and stop with errors. Pitching ehh, it's better.

4 and 1/2 months into the season and a 2012 Sox thread appears after being in the hunt the whole season. Quite incredible.

Liriano is on tonight against the A's. I think he's been a really nice
pick for Sox (next to nothing). One thing for sure, he's pitching better than Floyd and Humber.

Why do we struggle against KC but whup up on the Yanks? Drives me crazy.

LOL I've always said that KC could be in the cellar and sometimes we lose 2-3?

I was out there last night - great performance by Sale. Masterful.

I tried to stay awake, with the kids in school and me the bus driver I can't keep my eyes open past 830pm

Nice win against Detroit. Now, it comes down to the last 16 games.
The Tigers have an easier schedule than we do & so we got to win some games.

Not much easier - they have to play Oakland and have had as much trouble with KC as we have had.

Nice to see the thread back - shortest Sox thread I can remember - it'sbeen a fun but strange season.

Nice to see them in the Division lead and fighting for it. Did not most experts predict the Soxs to be in third or last this year?

Sox played long ball tonight against those Pesky Royals.
Tigers took out their frustrations against Oakland and put up 12 on the board. If the Sox wins half of their remaining games, Detroit will be out of it IMO ...

Tonight was just annoying.

I want to stab my eyes with a hot poker after dealing with the sox for the last 3 damn games. someone needs to start hitting, and not the injured PK.

That would be a good assessment. But it could be worse - we could be Tiger fans! They dropped 2 to the Twins today, so after losing yet again we actually pick up 1/2 game. AAAAAAK!
