Why is that? You don't think all those channels that I and many others don't watch don't add up as well? What are the carriage fees for A&E, HGTV, MTV, USA Network, etc. ?
Non sport watchers seem to be under the impression everyone watches these shows even though sports programming absolutely hammers them in the ratings. So which is more popular?
And again, I can watch all that original programming on netflix, Hulu or whatever. Much easier to ditch those channels vs. live sports.
