| Incredibly slow speed in Quebec Hi,
I'm a new customer who's internet just got installed last Thursday. I noticed I am not getting the 30mbps I'm paying for. I get 6 mbps, and it,s always exactly 6 when I try the acanac.com/speedtest site. Rarely I get 12, but most of the time it's 6 and never anything close to 30. What is going on? I just got internet and I'm already having problems with it. Sigh this is so frustrating....
I tried to unplug the modem, wait 30 sec and try again. I tried to bypass the router by directly connecting the modem to my pc. Nothing worked. I have a DCM475 Thomson that was purchased from Acanac. Is that the kind of service I should be expecting? It's incredibly disappointing and I already have to consider to cancel. |
