SMTP Server Issue (Outlook 2010)

Configured my settings in Outlook 2010 but I keep getting an error that the SMTP server cannot be found. This is quite exasperating because I cannot send email from this account.

What settings are you using? I'm having no problems with "smtp.mail.wowway.com", "outgoing server requries authentication" Checked, and outgoing server port 587 with TLS encrpytion.
