Faster speeds.. new caps. Looks like some markets are getting caps bumped up. Mine went from 250 to 450 (extreme users are at 650gb per month) but it's still suspended and has been since early last year. Once the caps are enforced and people go over it, looks like CC will charge 10 bucks per 50gb.
