FarmerBob posted : Finally got a hold of an Escalation Rep and they found that first of all my modem was not provisioned, thus no software update and because of the "changes" there are issues with my service requiring a service call tomorrow. As far as the tier, I was told I had the "Preferred" tier that will be at 25/4. I've had up to 35/6. But the photograph of the "confidential" pricing schedule on the master thread shows Preferred at 50/10. So . . . we'll see what I end up with after the tech is done?
