I'm having problems getting my meter to display what I've used, and I'm a customer after 8/1 so I need to know. It just says Usage data for account (number) not available.

Mcnewbie, if you'd like to send me an IM with your account number I can see what's going on. There can be a small delay in the meter availability, but if you signed up shortly after 8/1 then this should be set up. I'll take a look!
