bearman posted : I have a westell 6100 modem attached to a switch box with two computers and a router attached to the switch box. i do not have a home phone, use only dsl. For the past few weeks my download speed drops from 2.78 to .31 after being on line for awhile and only comes back up if you restart the computers. I have changd NIC cards, disconnected the router, connected only directly to the modem by dis connecting the switch box and yet it still happens. Is the modem going bad or maybe a problem with att, they say no my portal is good ??? HELP
