Torrid Zone join:2009-06-13 Carmel, NY	Television Service Out Just lost all channels on all boxes in upstate N.Y. around 12:55 A.M. Internet and phone still working.

MuDvAyNe Premium join:2002-03-02 Brooklyn, NY Reviews: ·Optimum Online ·Verizon FiOS	I had the exact opposite in Brooklyn NY. I lost internet and phone service but the TV worked. I tried rebooting the router but that didn't work. I went to the ONT unplugged the battery and then unplugged the power waited 30 seconds plugged everything back in and everything started to work again. I wonder what happened. This is the second time I had to do this in the last year to get service back. -- Mets, Cowboys, Devils

Torrid Zone join:2009-06-13 Carmel, NY	reply to MuDvAyNe Just came back up now. 1:20 A.M. First a message saying that the channels were unavailable and to press "B" on the remote. A few minutes later full video service was restored. That was strange.
