Re: Putting An End To The Biggest Lie On The Internet Well I do think companies should make more initiative to get rid of the lawyer speak in TOS and EULAs, When I have asked people why they do not read them they usually state its because its packed with lawyer speak aka "Legalese" rather than just a blunt list of rules and what they can do and what you can do.
if the people who write a TOS/EULA wrote the rules for a public pool there would be no room for the pool because they would need so many signs rather than a simple one with the rules.
