Crystal Lake, IL | AT&T Telco issues in West/NorthWest Has anybody seen any AT&T Telco issues in the Northwest Burbs. We are in Mchenry.
We have two separate providers for voice and Internet. Our voice provider uses AT&T for the last mile on copper. Our ISP has a DS-3 provided by AT&T. We fell back onto four DS-1 circuits that seem to be working.
Sometime last night around 10PM or so, our DS-3 went down. Around the same time (or by 11:30), three of our four ISDN PRI circuits went down. The fourth is outbound only so that works!
Our voice provider has been escalating this since last night at midnight. I think they are now just getting to a VP.
Has anybody else heard of any outages? I would not think this would affect Uverse (I have that at home).
