| [FiOS Phone] call assistant I check call assistant on a daily basis. this morning i saw a number of that were listed as 12:47 AM. Many of these were from my parents.
I called my parents this morning and they did not call me at 12:47 AM
Has anybody else expireneced a simliar issue with CA
My mon did say she call me on Monday afternnon got no answer then called my cell.
This is strange |

kudos:1 | you can't have call assistant with digital voice
and I know my notifications were coming in all wonky for the past two months, I think i called and they acknowledged some sort of outage. |

kudos:1 | DV has a similiar thing, called the Fios account manager
www.verizon.com/fiosvoice And it's similiar except for small differences, in my opinion it's better. It does in and outbound call logs, and the call assistant does inbound only. And you have full control of your features on the site, vs call assistant, which is pretty much just viewing incoming call logs and voicemails. Call assistant does have a nifty download client though for the pc, that gives you live pop ups. :] |
