I call in the phone line, and they have no idea about problem...get a long spiel about call volume due to digital transition. Then a long spiel about how to install a digital box...and that loops and never get chance to talk to an operator.
Great customer service...just disable your phone line any time you have high volume.

Very strange.. I can get phone but not Internet in Columbia, MO. I've reset my modem twice. CableTV is ok. Called in to tech support, it says high call volume, cannot direct person but auto-voice message saying due to digital conversion in my area.
