Not if it's capped like all of Comcap's other Internet plans.

I'll take Verizon's UNCAPPED FiOS offerings over Comcap any day! This new connection has the potential to rack up $20,000 in "overage fees" in just one month under Comcap's new 300 GB cap/$10 per 50 GB Internet overcharging scam.

Who is going to use 98 TB a month?

He could if he was running a server business out of his house. Of course, that would probably be a violation of a residential service contract.

Seriously why is it anyones concern what they legally or illegally do with their connection?

But here, use github to do push/pull on large projects and you see how fast you run out bandwidth.
There a legal use on a residential line.
