Here is what I have done to get it free ;)...

Call Brighthouse and tell them that you are excited about beIN and that you noticed that beIN spanish is not available for you because you dont have the spanish package, but you think it should be included in the sports package also because it is clearly a sports channel as well as a spanish channel but dont want to pay the extra 8 dollars a month just to have that ONE channel. Dont be an asshole, just be nice and respectful asking them if they can somehow unlock it for you blah blah blah... I got the supervisor to give me a credit of $24, and then added the spanish package to my account.. so for the next 3 months i will be paying 8 dollars a month for the spanish package, but the $24 credit covers it. so pretty much spanish package (which has beIN espanol) for free for 3 months... hopefuly by then some strings will have been pulled to include it in the sports package, and then ill just cancel the spanish package.

but for the mean time, im enjoying both beIN and beIN ñ

From the testing in Indiana to the notices pulled from Indy and Tampa Bay's websites and the Time Warner Cable notices, an announcement or sudden pop up of the channels could come at any time.

I do believe we will get both channel this month or next month at the latest.

BHN Orlando got their Nov 1 update two days early as we got the following

HSN HD, QVC HD, Shop NBC HD (1325-1327)

and

Retirement Living (203), GEM (215), Liquidation (216) and Shop Zeal 1-7 (217-223)

The thing is we hardly ever get our updates earlier and with signs that beIN Sport might come November 1, they might have gotten this out of the way so they can focus on adding beIN Sport and Deportes SD/HD.

This does not mean it is not coming though as things do get put on the system out of the blue. There are also indications that Bright House will be announcing it soon and like I said, it could suddenly pop up on the system.

Trust me though, it will be added.

Whenever BHN gets something major off the TWC deals, they add it pretty quickly (Viacom Suite, Fox Soccer/Fox Soccer Plus, Lifetime HD, TV Land HD, etc just to name a few over the years).

This is going to happen especially with the demand from the soccer fans like you.

In addition, TWC/BHN is going to be the only system with both beIN Sport and Deportes in HD although Michigan might not get Deportes.

The wait will end soon and you'll be glad you did not switch.

The Michigan notice comes out a week from today and since BHn systems have been getting pretty much the same updates for a while now, I expect Orlando/Tampa Bay to get it around the date that is listed in the Michigan notice.
