<description><![CDATA[mikedz4 posted : As far as I know they don't have plans for 4g in the northern part of the state including wheeling,weirton,moundsville, morgantown,etc until 2013. Makes no sense. Give 4g to towns like logan but skip over towns line weirton, wheeling and even morgantown which are closer to pittsburgh and have alot of people commute from weirton and wheeling and morgantown has 20,000+ college students. I don't even think verizon has 3g at wvu.]]></description>
