cogent internet off-net... reliable?

noisps @cox.net	cogent internet off-net... reliable? Does anybody use cogent off-network to their business? im in an area that doesn't have many options and am considering cogent for my internet services vs multi T1 im in southern california but would like to hear from anybody that has had cogent and are "off network" i.e not in a building pre-wired for cogent. what are your ping times to google? downtime in a year? speed issues? thanks!

The network is provided by the incumbent telco up here. My cogent has been down less than the backup bonded t1's from the same telco. Pings times, don't know. No speed issues that I have seen whatsoever though.
