 | [Eastern Ontario] outages outages outages Cogeco out of business for months repeated outages, now for days not TV at all! Is Cogeco out of business ?????? They at least act like it, the worst: my wife will divorce me as she thinks I did not complain hard enough! Her favourite Soap which she is watching for more than 30 years is gone because no TV from Cogeco! Neighbour already switched because of trouble with them to Bell ! Is the Bell at Cogeco ringing finally ????????  |

 | Cogeco still not working, we called them several times over the last month or so, they did send new signals, it worked for a day or two, then same problem again, only blue screen with error message, should be back soon,did not. We called again and same happened. Last call August 15 they told us there is a listed problem and they don't know how to fix it, offered to credit $ 6 but did not even try to send new signal, since then we are totally off. Cogeco box no light anymore, only showing on channel 3 "Analog" then off totally. Service call takes days and my wife calls for divorce! |
