Hockey and Soccer are the only two sports I really watch anymore, the one thing that still bothers me about switching back to Fios after they started carrying MSG-HD, is the fact they only carry GOLTV in SD... I hope they have their sights set on this new network, the more soccer the better IMO. I miss watching La Liga and the Bundesliga in HD, and SD is painful on the eye's on a 60" display.

I could ask 400,000 people and get 2 or 3 who even know what I'm talking about. We're talking niche of a niche of a niche. I think Verizon will add the channel in SD, but don't expect an HD addition. Which is lousy because the Serie A games were in HD on Fox Soccer before. Again, this is the sole fault of the European leagues' greed and shortsightedness. |

Prior to BeIn this would have likely been PPV so at least you can go to your friend's and watch it for free. With the USMNT you're not getting any less with Verizon than you got before. TV rights for road qualifiers are a mess. |

Can't blame Verizon or the US National team for that. Those policies are FIFA controlled. The US team has no control over rights to away games, in its own country. It's nonsensical. |

Road qualifiers were frequently on PPV in the past, if they were available at all. |
