UltraTV dropping out again. Help Dan

Dan,

When i first got wow ultra tv i had some issues with drop out. A tech came out and said the signal was fine and replaced the gateway.

With a new gateway it worked fine for a few months now i am having a similar problem. It will say Signal Loss while i watching a premium package channel, 220 for instance. I can switch to fox or nbc basic channels and they work. Signal loss on others that are in a higher package plan. Resetting the gateway is the only fix for it. Some times i get a blue screen during this talking about the cable card not authorized and to call wow. Internet usually works fine.

Some times all my tv channels drop out (signal loss) and internet drop out all together for a few minutes at a time probably 5-6 times a day as well. It usually comes back up by itself when everything goes out.

I had a tech appointment today but had to cancel because work called me in. Do not want to wait for another tech to come if possible.
