 | Service intermittent Anyone experiencing service drop off? I've had Metro cast for 4 years now in the Killingly area and the past two have been terrible. 10+ times a day I lose internet & phone yet my modem states it's been online for 180+ days. I've changed all hardware in my house and even eliminated all wiring back to the point of entry yet still have the same problem. Metro cast has come out 4+ to fix and or replace parts but the results are always the same service up/ down many times daily.
