Is there a webpage auto-refresh option in IE? For me it's a convenience for applications like Twitter, instead of constantly clicking on the "X New Tweets" button... Mozilla Firefox has a nice add-on for auto-refresh but I need one for IE also... Thanks! -- Go Mark Martin!
