Wimp! They "room" is basically an enclosed porch, with screens instead of windows, the wind was howling! -- No, I didn't. Honest... I ran out of gas. I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake....... |

| reply to capdjq said by capdjq:Which part of BC are you. here in Richmond we had 29 degrees for 2 days this summer Who are you asking???? If it's me I'm in White Rock/South Surrey.
Last wed or Thurs the official temp here in White Rock was 31.7C. It was from the outflow coming down the valley and going offshow. That's the reverse of the normal here.
In Richmond you are at sea level or at least 1 metre above sea level. YVR is a ridiculous place to take our official temperature. Vancouver City Hall would be more accurate.
I think it's common knowledge if it's 25C at YVR it's 27C in Surrey, 28C in Langley, 29C in Abbotsford. I bet Vancouver City Hall would be like Surrey at 27C.

capdjqRIP my friendPremium join:2000-11-01 Coastie | No, sorry I was talking to ZZZZZ. Its always hotter the more interior you go. I found this summer pretty cool actually. Maybe because Richmond alway seems to have a sea breeze. I was over at Whistler a week ago and it so hot in my friend's condo that I drove back at midnight. |

The nights are beautiful right now, though. |
