I'm also inclined to vote 47. Why do you think Protus is surely Town. I saw earlier you said you won't be voting for him.....
I posted what I think will happen if we go No Lynch. It will be up to random, of 47 is not mafia, or whoever is left tomorrow has a better chance of picking the scum due to being one more man down. -- Play DSLr Mafia: »Pub Games
So what would you do if you were mafia at this point? Who would you kill?
If I were mafia, I'd probably not take a shot at 47. Odds are against it working in my favor. Could resurrect a townie. BUT, from my perspective, 47 already is after me, so it would be hard to convince him to vote for the other guy the next day if I let him live.
If I were Protus or Jim and mafia, I'd definitely let 47 live. It would be easy to sway him into lynching me tomorrow. Very easy, IMO.
If 47 is mafia, he'll kill Jim or Protus. I really don't think I'm gonna die tonight in any scenario. But, please remember to look at how TheRul's lynching went down. That might, just might, get me dead tonight. I went after him first yesterday (maybe second, but pretty early on), and then doubted his guilt, and went back into it after re-reading and posting his errors for all to see.
So what does the mafia do? This will be very interesting. I half hope it's not 47 and he gets killed overnight just to see how the random works out. But I have a feeling Jim, Protus, or I will be dead tomorrow. -- Play DSLr Mafia: »Pub Games
I think a Protus recruitment after the silence is really smart, but I am not seeing much to have me lean in that direction and maybe that in itself should be suspicious at this point.
Lunch time. Now I can catch up, starting here. I was not recruited. I received no such notification and my votes for mafia seemed to have been processed normally so there doesn't look to be any background mechanics modifications. -- Blogsaus "Everyone bows to something. Ned... Ryerson. "Needlenose Ned"? "Ned the Head"? C'mon, buddy. Case Western High. Ned Ryerson: I did the whistling belly-button trick at the high school talent show? Bing! Ned Ryerson: got the shingles real bad senior year, almost didn't graduate? Bing, again. Ned Ryerson: I dated your sister Mary Pat a couple times until you told me not to anymore? Well?
I'm going out for a lunch walk. Gonna contemplate this a bit. You know that Murray would have had to of spend at least 40 years on that same day to get good at all that stuff he was able to do near the end?
Wonder how long we can keep this game going? -- Play DSLr Mafia: »Pub Games
Other than just voting with gut, I don't see much of an alternative. 47 is just such a wildcard. If we lynch him we still won't have any clue what really happened until the game's over.
He dies: 1. A townie comes back and helps. 1B. A mafia comes back and we just lynch him again bringing us back to today all over again. 2. A townie comes back and is realigned with mafia and screws us into lynching town. 2B. A mafia comes back but is realigned with town and we lynch him again brining us back to today all over again. 3. Comes back as some third party power role that we have no idea exists. 4. Nothing happens because he's full of crap.
I guess let's see wich nolynch scenario plays out.
