I'm going to be a prude and call him out for being rude with his signature.

That, and it's been a while.

My signature?

I think there is a traditional way to play this and that is to pile on but not lynch several people to see how the votes stack up, this requires the town to work together like we used to back in the day.

Random votes that we cast just because certain people always get voted on first are killing these game as they divert attention, eventually get a FUD movement and pile on by mafia for the stupid lynch.

I would rather explore if anyone has any info on the newspaper and did anyone not receive it, or receive something different.

People seem to be making stuff up about it and then creating fud and separate discussions about the made up junk.

I'd like everyone to contribute something about the paper notice that we can put toghether into one coherent post of truths.

What do we know...

I'll start.

I got an invitation to write something, and I will not be writing anything for two reasons, only one person should submit that way, we know how the paper works, and reason two....I'm lazy

We know you're lazy. So is Modem. Hence the request for flavor from the players. I think that about sums it up.

I received a letter from the paper to write something as well.

I will not be writing anything because other than my role I have no information to share as of now.

I received the notice about newspaper submissions. I have nothing pertinent to add so I submitted a tip insulting someone. It could not be construed as FUD by whoever gets it.

I do like your idea about limiting submissions. If we have a lie-detector, they could test posts about "I didn't submit anything", etc.

I received the public service as well. I was going to write something useless to insult someone anonymously... but ProtusHoser beat me to it.

I obviously received it too. I'm betting the mob got it as well, so they can submit FUD to it. Does that make the whole thing moot? No. We can still insult each other in it.

I find it hard to believe we are still arguing over whether No Lynch is good idea or not lol.

Honestly, I know what Jim is saying about " unless they screw up royally and it's obvious they have to go."

But I also believe that most of us are smart enough to not let anything give us away on day one (town or mafia).... I mean people look for anything and everything to look for something that makes them guilty and then when they are proven to be one or the other it is very easy to sway what they have said as a protown or promafia argument... that is why I have always felt Day 1 to be so wasteful... especially when it lasts 4 or 5 real world days.

That being said...

Vote: No Lynch

Had a pretty long work day ... I wasted time and didn't get my room all set up so I had to go in after football... just got home at 930 UGH!!!!!!!

Does the majority feel that this day has played out? I'm willing to move on. Or, vote for TR.

Voting for TR is so tempting......

Vote: No Lynch

I have to agree with BR at this point. I think everyone said something or other. We have a good feel for Day 1, and it's the type of game where No Lynch is a good option for the Day 1 vote.

It does not really matter. Modem could be back in 10 minutes or 10 hours. If there is some dead horse you'd like to beat, carry on.
