the only difference between pvP and pvE gear in Tera is;
pvP: +10% damage to other players, -30% damage from other players.
that's pretty much it. there are also pvP specific modifiers
you can roll for and crystals, but they are available on both
pvP and pvE gear.
it's not retarded for top geared players to slaughter basic
geared players of the same level - every MMO has that going.
you need +12 t13 ALL Masterpiece to hit 154, that's about
300,000 gold worth of gear. if an average DSP can farm
1,000 gold per hour - well, you do the math  |
