How to sync files between 2x win7 machines ?

I have two laptops.
1) Hp Elite book 8560W i7 8G Ram SSD, etc etc. It's a monster in weight and crappy battery life (1.5hrs).
2) Dell Latitude E6420 i5 4G Ram HD, etc etc. It's slower but battery life is phenomenal.
What I'm trying to do is keep the HP in the office and when I leave the office to go home or work at a clients site, all my information is on the Dell.

Information being Outlook (We have a POP server) and documents.

Is there a program that can see modifications between both drives and copy only the changes?
I would probably only need to point it to mydocuments and outlook.pst.

Thanks.

if the files to sync are small, use dropbox.com and also get cloud access. I think they give 2gb free.
