No - lynch is an option in every game and I am aware of the for and against arguments. In a crazy game we can assume there are some kind of fact finder roles out there for town and its better to let them work and save a townie lynch day one because we don't have a lot to go on. Is that correct for the most part ?

I see very little reason to lynch a player on day 1 unless they screw up royally and it's obvious they have to go. At the same time, it makes little sense (to me) to rush to the no-lynch on day 1. IMO we need to feel each other out (settle down ekster, it's a figure of speech and I'm trying to be serious) and the only way to do that is to engage in conversation no matter how frivolous. That's just me.
