Another Kansas City outage! FIX IT!
Why can't they keep their service UP and RUNNING?!
I am a Road Runner "business" customer (I pay a premium) and the service is down again.
Call the number and they say the entire area is out.
I can't believe they want me to consolidate my telephone, television, and internet with them - and they can't keep the service up!
Fortunately I am able to get on the internet with my cell phone's 3G connection.
MORE POOR SERVICE FROM TIME WARNER CABLE.
GOOGLE FIBER - please help us!
