cferguson23 join:2010-03-04 Peterborough, ON	Cancelling One Year Renewal How can I contact Acanac to make sure they don't take another years worth of service off my CC. When I signed up, I remember reading that they automatically next another years worth of service off your CC unless you cancel this. I have tried emailing them but never get a response. I don't even live in a serviceable area anymore so this service is no good to me. (it was great when I had it though)

Fergless Premium join:2008-04-19 Toronto, ON	You can get Auto Renew turned off by emailing billing@acanac.com. If you can IM your Account Username, Ticket# if any and the last 4#'s on your Credit Card I can check for you. Tks
