How can I contact Acanac to make sure they don't take another years worth of service off my CC. When I signed up, I remember reading that they automatically next another years worth of service off your CC unless you cancel this. I have tried emailing them but never get a response. I don't even live in a serviceable area anymore so this service is no good to me. (it was great when I had it though)
