The vendor is cell lounge, Inc. They may be just fine, but the lack of documentation seems odd to me. No manual, warranty cards, etc.

Looks like if you are happy with Verizon, PP should work.. I believe we are in the same situation as you too but my plan won't be up till 2013.. so i think i'll wait a few months to see if PP is still in business LOL.

Anyhow, i do have the iPhone 4s from VZ.. how easy would it be to get it ported to PP? Thanks!

PP will surely still be in business. It's been around for a very long time. Before it entered the Cell MVNO biz, it was a paging supplier. I'm told it has offered cell service for over 11 years. I've used PP myself since April, '10, for 2.5 years, and I ported my main number away from VZW in May, '11, 1.5 years ago.

As to the iPhone 4s, I read that it is not officially supported on PP, and indeed even frowned upon. But, there seem to be people using it on PP, and dealers activating it on PP, so...
