There seems to be no rhyme or reason to which articles get which tag(s). Some get only one, some get only the other, and some get both. |

Maybe those were once "SBC" and "AT&T", but corporate mergers happened. |

| If that's true, then one of them should be marked as deprecated and should no longer be used. Instead, recent stories are tagged with one, the other, or both. |
