Carmel, IN | [TV] Feel stuck with current package My initial promotional package is ending in September. I called BH because I'm interested in adding WHDVR, while dropping all those channels packages I never watch (movie, Showtime, etc). I was told that my bill will only go up $10-$15 in September if I do nothing. But if I try to make any changes to the package, I'll lose most of my discounts and the bill will go well over $200 (I'm paying $170 now). It seems like I'm locked into this package with services I don't want, and I will have to pay a lot of add WHDVR. Does BH ever have packages or deals for existing customers?
For the $170, I'm getting:
RR Turbo
Phone
2 HD DVRs (crappy 8300HD boxes I hate)
1 HD receiver
Showtime/TMC (never watch)
Movie channel package (never watch)
Sports package (rarely watch)
HD Pack (never watch)
I'd like to stay with BH, even though it still doesn't have NFL Network. But I don't like feeling like I'm stuck with my current deal. |
