I was told by VZ rep that if I cancel the phone line I will get hit with a cancellation fee (around 220.00,, ouch!), I can downgrade the current TV and Internet packages with no problem even on line but I cant cancel the phone and convert the existing triple play to double play.. is this true? is it possible to lower the features of digital voice (maybe to just keep only 911 calling or something like that?) |
