Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future.

KEYT, Bandamax, BBC America, BBC America HD, Cable Radio Network Channels, Cooking Channel, Current TV, DIY, De Pelicula, De Pelicula Clasico, Encore, Encore (East), Encore Drama, Encore Love, Encore Mystery, Encore WAM, Encore Action, Encore Westerns, Fox News, Fox News HD, Fox Business, Fox Business HD, Food Network, GAC, GolTV, GolTV HD, GSN, Movieplex, Music Choice Channels, NASA, NHL Network, NHL HD, NHL Center Ice, STARZ!, STARZ HD, STARZ East, STARZ East HD, STARZ Edge, STARZ Cinema, STARZ in Black, STARZ Kids & Family, Sprout, Skylink, Youtoo and Zee TV.

On or after September 1, 2012, CBS Sports Network, channel 261 and CBS Sports Network HD, channel 474, will be added to the Variety Tier. Both channels will also remain in the TWC Sports Pass. This change will not affect channel placement or pricing.

Starting on or about September 11, 2012, digital equipment will be needed to continue viewing C-SPAN, WGN, CNBC, KWHY (IND) (All LA Areas), LMN in (City of Costa Mesa, City of Cypress, City of Fountain Valley, City of Garden Grove, City of Huntington Beach, City of Los Alamitos, City of Los Angeles (Area A) West Valley, City of Orange / Garden Grove Unincorporated, City of San Fernando, City of Santa Clarita, City of Stanton, City of Westminster, County of Los Angeles Canyon Country / Stevenson Ranch, County of Orange Midway City / Rossmoor, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Lawndale, San Marino, South Pasadena, and Torrance), Golf Channel in (City of Costa Mesa, City of Cypress, City of Fountain Valley, City of Garden Grove, City of Huntington Beach, City of Los Alamitos, City of Los Angeles (Area A) West Valley, City of Orange / Garden Grove Unincorporated, City of San Fernando, City of Santa Clarita, City of Stanton, City of Westminster, County of Los Angeles Canyon Country / Stevenson Ranch, County of Orange Midway City / Rossmoor, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Lawndale, San Marino, South Pasadena, Torrance, Anaheim CA, City of Agoura Hills, City of Anaheim, City of Arcadia, City of Baldwin Park, City of Beaumont, City of Beverly Hills, City of Bradbury, City of Brea, City of Buena Park, City of Calabasas, City of Calimesa, City of Camarillo, City of Chino, City of Chino Hills, City of Colton, City of Diamond Bar, City of El Monte, City of Fillmore, City of Fontana, City of Fullerton, City of Glendora, City of Grand Terrace, City of Hemet, City of Hermosa Beach, City of Highland, City of La Puente, City of LaHabra, City of LaHabra Heights, City of Lancaster, City of LaVerne, City of Loma Linda, City of Los Angeles (Area C) - East San Fernando Valley, City of Los Angeles (Area F) - West LA, City of Los Angeles (Area G) - Sherman Oaks, City of Los Angeles (Area H) - Eagle Rock, City of Los Angeles (Area L) - Boyle Heights, City of Manhattan Beach, City of Menifee, City of Monrovia, City of Montclair, City of Moorpark, City of Moreno Valley, City of Murrieta, City of Newport Beach, City of Ojai, City of Ontario, City of Oxnard, City of Palmdale, City of Perris, City of Pico Rivera, City of Placentia, City of Pomona, City of Port Hueneme, City of Rancho Cucamonga, City of Redlands, City of Redondo Beach, City of Rialto, City of San Bernardino, City of San Dimas, City of San Jacinto, City of Santa Ana, City of Santa Monica, City of Santa Paula, City of Seal Beach, City of Sierra Madre, City of Simi Valley, City of Southgate, City of Temecula, City of Thousand Oaks, City of Upland, City of Ventura, City of Villa Park, City of West Hollywood, City of Yorba Linda, City of Yucaipa, County of Los Angeles - Acton, County of Los Angeles - Agoura / Calabasas, County of Los Angeles - East LA, County of Los Angeles - Glendora, County of Los Angeles - Hacienda Heights, County of Los Angeles - La Habra, County of Los Angeles - Marina del Rey, County of Los Angeles - Newbury Park / Westlake Island - From Verizon, County of Los Angeles - Palmdale / Leona Valley, County of Los Angeles - Palmdale / Little Rock, County of Los Angeles - Palmdale / Quartz Hill, County of Los Angeles - Rowland Heights, County of Los Angeles - South Whittier, County of Los Angeles - Universal City (SMATV/MDU. Hmm! 481 opening up makes room for Sundance HD on that channel. Also 400 opening up makes room for KAZA HD or KEYT HD (KEYT HD addition could have been scrapped) or possibly TWC Deportes HD is going to go there.

Looks like major HD adds might be planned for Socal!

Wow! That's a lot of changes. I would have expected KEYT HD to go to 403, since it's broadcast channel is 3. My guess is that it isn't going to be added. As it is now they have all the Spanish HD channels grouped together (except recently added KWHY). I don't understand why they wouldn't keep KMEX at 400 and just move the Fox Soccer channels, ESPN Goal Line, and MLB Strikezone channels to the same area as they put the PAC12 channels. Then 380-401 could be all the HD Spanish language programming. And 340-380 could be used for sports (like the TWC Sportsnets and move the ESPNs, Fox Sports, NBC sports, and CBS sports stuff there too). Oh well our lineup will just continue to be a tangled mess.
