After being on the phone with support for over an hr the other night and getting no where with connecting to the internet again, I was told the problem was the DSL in my area was down. It has been 2-3 days now, and I still have no internet. When I go the the modem's gui page it shows: DSL UP Connection DOWN Searching for ATM PVC I am running a Motorola 2210 modem.

Looks like a RT or a CO has an equipment problem. The line is syncing, but there's nothing on the other end beyond the RT/CO for it to connect to and route to the Internet.
