I'm glad other outlets have been picking up the story.
The latest from Suddenlink is that they continue to investigate the issue.
I have also been told that overage charges are only applied once you go at least 1GB over the cap, and so since I ended up at 250.2GB then I will not receive any overage charges for that billing period.
Whilst this is good news in the short-term, if they do not identify and correct the problem then there is nothing to stop it from happening again in the future.--
