I'm with an ISP that's allegedly filtering torrent data but I'm always blasting down at top speeds and I'm always hitting my bandwidth cap on uploads for popular torrents.
The software in its native iteration also seems like an advertising platform but the aforementioned classic mode turns it into an advanced torrenter with no BS.
