| [Eastern Ontario] Email malfunctioning Our email has been malfunctioning. Get the typical message - Unable to send or receive etc etc. Likely cause network problems etc etc.
We have about 5 email addresses. I connects to a couple, but not the others.
Hopefully someone is adressing this
Otherwise, we still have web access and our TV is working  |

Still same problem. Email servers not working.
Webmail not working either - either hangs up or says email/password is wrong.
Service outage link says that if TV/Internet/Phone is not working that they know about it and have done so since 5:30pm yesterday. Don't know if email outage is same problem.
Just glad we don't have Cogeco phone! |

Occasional email comes through.
Sometimes it gives usual error about network problems
Other times it asks for username/password
Anyone from Cogeco here that can advise when this will get fixed? |

Re: [Eastern Ontario] Email malfunctioning Working intermittently for me. Pegasus keeps popping up messages that it can't connect with POP3 server, but messages eventually get through. |

 | reply to Dingaan My Email is not responding this morning (Aug 27/2012) at all, and for the past week or so it's only worked about 30% of the time I've tried it.
I hope they are working on fixing the problem. |

 | reply to Dingaan Cogeco email servers still down since Sunday August 26th. I phoned them twice and the have no time frame when it will be fixed. Usually get wrong password error. |

We are working on a server issue that is causing connectivity issues to a potion of Cogeco email accounts. This issue will be impacting both Webmail and POP3 connectivity. I will try to provide updates as soon as they become available. |
