Might be worth a shot. |

Any update on this? I think I may have the confidential password through a friend of mine who works at one of the call centers, but I didn't catch the USERNAME. I don't think its rogcesadmin, cesadmin, root or admin. Does anyone have a hunch??? |

| It shows the username/password on the back on the modem.
By default cusadmin:password
You'll need to do a factory reset if you changed it from the original. |

| I don't think you understood correctly josh. The Rogers gateway POS devices have a separate user/pass for advanced features. This not the standard cusadmin/password credentials. I tried using MSO and the pass that I have and it didn't work. Still waiting for anyone with insight... |

| From the customer side of things you can download a backup of all settings, which presumably would include system user/password. However it's "encrypted" - anyone have any idea what format/encryption is used? |

| Just got this modem today. Anyone figure out the comparable cesadmin user/password? cusadmin/password contains a pretty limited set of functionality. I'd prefer to try to use this modem's wireless for a while instead of calling to set it to bridge mode. |

I have a good hunch that the login name is rogcesadmin. Any other username is instantly incorrect , rogcesadmin takes a few seconds to check the password . |
