[Hardware] Security and router LEDs flashing on Belkin F5D8236-4

I have had the router a while now however not been using it for the past 8 weeks as I have been away. When I plugged it in when I got back nothing happened. I then pressed the reset button and now the Security and router LEDs flash blue alternately. The same process happens whenever I reset the power.

Any help Much appreciated.
