| Max Turbo Internet slow New customer that just started service a couple days ago. I ran a speed test on our internet connection and it is running at download speeds of about 8 mbps instead of 24. How can this be fixed? |

TV would not slow it down to 8Mbps usually to about 18Mbps if all streams are active. But the OP needs to post more details and screen shots.

| I do have tv installed but the test I did was when no receivers were on. I don't know if this would make a difference or not but two of the receivers are wireless. Also, the highest test result I have gotten is 18Mbps. But right after that I ran the test again and it said something right around the 8mbps mark. I am running the test on a MacBook if that makes any difference. Have not tried it on any other devices. |

Alright please download Uverse Realtime app (»www.uvrealtime.com/) and post three screenshots (IP Profile tab, Error table tab, and bitloading tab)
Also try changing WIFI channel or connect your macbook via Ethernet cable and do the speedtest again
