TSI MarcPremium,VIP join:2006-06-23 Chatham, ON kudos:14 | New TekSavvy Website! Hi Gang,
Today is an exciting day for TekSavvy! We will be launching our new branding and colors to the public! And our new website will officially launch this afternoon. I just wanted to give our DSLr followers a heads up to watch for the change. I really like the new site - I think its an exciting time for us as we keep growing. We are hoping this new website will help redirect some of the phone calls to online sign ups. To see the site go to www.teksavvy.com
As always we will be looking for your feedback and watching this thread closely both here and our own forums. -- Marc - CEO/TekSavvy |

| reply to TSI Marc Hey - Just checked out the new site... very... Acananc like but kidding aside, its nice to see the black gone. The site looked so dark before, so this is refreshing.
Your new packages do not mention the off-peak traffic between 2 - 8am is that still in effect? |

| reply to TSI Marc The front page of your site says there are no hidden fees.
The 25 meg plan then says there is a mandatory modem rental fee that you have to click to another screen to see. You should probably fix that Also - that 2.50 fee for the 6 meg service - has that been dropped entirely? |

GuspazGuspazPremium,MVM join:2001-11-05 Montreal, QC kudos:20 | reply to TSI Marc I can't find any information on upstream speeds. Also, the site is extremely slow, but that could be the office connection here. -- Developer: Tomato/MLPPP, Linux/MLPPP, etc »fixppp.org |

 | Pretty slow for me to. Ditto on the upstream stats. |

As for the $2.50, we remove it as there is an activation fee.

|
 | reply to TSI Marc Echoing the complete lack of upload information (looking at the BC side).
Also, the 6meg DSL looks like the old pricing; 300gig no longer exists and the unlimited should be $11 cheaper. Unless there's an unhappy surprise coming our way? |
